My name is Bryndís Fjóla, I'm born in Reykjavík, Iceland 22. June 1970. I'm a Nordic seer, I work with mother earth as my first priority - Sensing the spirits that appear there, and together we want to take part in protecting the land and its sagas.  

I offer to take your hand and guide you through the land of your choice, or the special tree you love - feel what it wants to share with you - I will then use words that will help you open up your thoughts and imagination.  
When you are ready - you can feel the power of you and the land together, it might make you feel right at home.  
I do use methods such as runes, water from the area, and downsizing pins when needed.
Water is full of wisdom from the place it's taken and like you know - your body is 80-90 % water - so water always wins our attention and is able to guide us to the magical world of the unseen. 
I say : Ask the water, it knows the knowledge always flows towards you.  
I'm often welcomed and led to places where I get in touch with the spirits of the land and other powers.
I lend my voice to a truth that almost “flowing” so to speak,  through me, to be heard by the humans that are interested to know - what the mountain, lake, river or waterfall wants to share with them.
This is a state where nature almost ‘takes over’ But I do take full responsibility for what I do and say - at all times.

I do see and feel the past - the now - I'm asked to talk about the future. 
I'm often shown the next steps and where to go - to get a better feeling of what is the right way to go.
I love my work as a Völva, the part that is most important to me is the wonderful feeling of being one with nature and to be able to understand myself - why - I'm here, to tell the story. 

I do not have a staff, like the Völvas in the Viking Age.  The saga says that Völva in the viking age where also called Norns, Valkyries and Dísir  - in my name you can find the word ‘ dís’ in Bryndís - but the full name Bryndís means the Armor fairy.
That I love - I'm the Armor Fairy for the true spirit of our beloving  earth. 

When we in modern times speak of ‘ climate catastrophe’  and climate change we often feel a strong doubt - what can we do? 

My way is to feel where we can find the light together - the light that leads us to feel what is right or wrong in our doing today. 

When you feel or sense you are warmly welcomed and nature is getting your full attention.  The senses of awareness that you are stunned by the feeling of beauty that is around you and you feel like daydreaming - you are there in benefit of the nature and you will receive the shining light in form of love, words, tones/ music, or a site of elves, huldufólk, dragons, trolls or mermaids.

My Story
​ The Short Version 

I have always been aware of my second sight, since I was a child, but this time - it changed my life and I chose to follow my instinct.
I was brought up in Reykjavík surrounded by good people,  flowers, trees and lots of mud.  We lived in the middle of a plant nursery - where my parents founded and operated a nursery — the largest in the country — and it is still running at full capacity. I was fortunate that my parents had horses and the stables were right by our house.
I loved my connection with the horses, they were my life companion.
​The surroundings where I played every day - were full with fairies and I was very early on - aware of my special gift of feeling the spirit of all living.

I had no idea of what exactly was to come & where my journey would take me, I just trusted and followed my instinct.
That was back in 1995, I experienced that my life changed, I was given a vision, as I was giving birth to my second child in a hospital in Reykjavík.

Together with being a wife, a mom with  three children, I dedicated myself without a doubt that I should take that vision seriously and work as a healer and a medium.
I was blessed to be trained and guided by great mediums :  
Simon Bacon one of Britain finest medium.
He has an interest in the psychology of health and well-being, and has a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies from Northampton University where he researched the role of Spirituality in healthcare.
On graduation he was awarded the Best Student Commendation Award
Lionel Owen President of The International Spiritualist Federation, from 1993, he has taught and demonstrated all over the world. He is the author of three books, “The Gift,” “Please God Why?” and “The Keepsake.” His articles have appeared in Psychic News and the National Spiritualist Summit.

My calling was to be a channel/ medium for mother earth

Knowing I wanted to be closer to nature & I was ready to live my life a little differently, my adventure was destined to continue. 
I could feel nature was calling for attention - to be heard.
I wanted to listen.
I was fortunate to be able to feel the earth's energy - together with seeing and feeling the elves, huldufólk, trolls, mermaids, and the dragons.

In 2009 I  became aware of geopathic stress that was damaging peoples and animals' health and found a way to counteract that condition.
I designed a device, The Counterbalance Cube, which transforms difficult energy ( geopathic stress) into light and healthy energy .

Following years, I am now accompanied with my second husband
Jón Friðrik Benónýsson and our son, now my fourth child. 
With their support, I traveled around the country for a few years doing research together with a great team of specialists, within the university,  agricultural and veterinary. With their support and approval I was able  to help many  farmers with finding out their unknown reason why their livestock  was unhealthy, were not thriving normally. 
I could use the  Counterbalance Cube to heal their houses and heal their livestock, as well as healing private homes, schools and bigger office buildings in Iceland.


The next chapter in my life  was just about to start  & I was so thrilled to embrace it all
 After traveling for a few years and dedicating my life and time to this new dimension of earthly vibrations and having found a solution to heal the homes of farmers, stock and people - I wanted to go back home and to take my role as a wife and a mother of four children more seriously.

My husband and I lived in a big house out in the country, just by a beautiful heath - near my favorite elf stone. 
Where I had walked up to and where the elves had guided me through the years, and showed me all the solutions in life.  I wanted to change the house into a centered guesthouse.  We named it North Aurora Guesthouse. 
​There I could welcome people to stay and enjoy the walk up to the elf stone and join me in their energy - and there I was able to explain how and what the elves would like to share with them. 

More Adventures & A Magical Proposal

I'm hugely passionate about helping and inspiring others to explore, to sense mother earth in any way that they feel comfortable with, how they feel attracted to nature - and to feel trusted by her. 

My life has always been a magical adventure - especially  since 2014 when I, together with mother earth and my human family, made a conscious decision to listen to the elves and the huldufólk, publicly.  
I asked the elves for courage and they definitely shared that with me.
I was not afraid, I shared my knowledge to anyone that was curious about the special nature in Iceland, if it was a hitchhiker, journalist, Tv programmer, Youtuber, or groups that would like to know more about how to feel and how to accept the elves heartwarming message.
I was here to share.
